Faction Leader Of Iraqi Raid On U.S. Embassy Once Invited To White House By Obama

On Tuesday, hundreds of Iranian-backed protesters stormed Baghdad’s United States Embassy.

An individual who organized and led his faction of the overall raid, which caused mass evacuations by U.S. personnel and abandonment of the facility, was Badr Corps chief Hadi Ameri — a man that attended a White House meeting hosted by the Obama administration in 2011.

According to renowned Middle East journalist M. Hanif Jazayeri, Ameri and his crew are directly tied to Iranian dictator Ali Khamenei. Jazayeri also added photos of Ameri in the Oval Office, listening to President Obama.

“Did you know Badr Corps chief Hadi Ameri, who led today’s raid on the US Embassy in Iraq, was once invited to the @WhiteHouse by @BarackObama? FYI: Ameri & the Badr Corps get their salary & orders from Iran’s dictator Ali Khamenei.” Jazayeri said, attaching photos as evidence.

A 2011 article from Fox News corroborates Ameri attending the White House. It’s worth noting that there are two variations of his last name — al-Amiri or Ameri, the former being used in the Fox News story.

Here’s a snippet:

“Hadi Farhan al-Amiri, Iraq’s current transportation minister, accompanied Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and several other top Baghdad advisers on the high-profile visit to Washington timed with the official wind-down of U.S. military involvement in Iraq.

“But during the rule of Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, Amiri served as a commander of the Badr Corps — a group backed at the time by the IRGC, which has been linked to several attacks on western targets.”
