On Wednesday, it is expected that President Donald Trump will be impeached by the House of Representatives.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who’s spearheaded the entire impeachment operation, wore black to mark the “somber” occasion. Additionally, she told CNN’s Dana Bash that she “feels sad” about having to go through with the impeachment process.
However, former White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders called out Pelosi, saying she’s “too weak.”
“She knows this Democrat scam is a generous in-kind contribution to President Trump and every Republican running against a Democrat in a Trump district,” Sanders said. “Too bad she’s too weak to stand up to the angry liberals in her party.”

Sarah Sanders joins many Republicans who have decried the unconventional impeachment hearings and trials, saying they’re a “sham” and completely “partisan.”
Georgia Republican Rep. Doug Collins responded to Pelosi’s “sad” remarks as well, saying, “Don’t say this makes you sad when you’ve been wanting to do this for the last three years.”
The articles of impeachment being voted on today are for “Abuse of Power” and “Obstruction of Congress.” If they pass, then the process would continue in the Republican-controlled Senate.
Sarah Sanders has appeared often on cable news, continuing her support of Trump and lashing out at Democrats who continue to push the pro-impeachment agenda.
