President Donald Trump could not have handled the tensions with Iran in a more marvelous way.
It’s leadership this country has not seen in decades.
From the decisive airstrike killing renowned terrorist and Iranian military commander Qassem Soleimani, to the military’s early detection of Iran’s retaliation and communication with the administration, to the brilliant de-escalation by President Trump on his Wednesday’s address to the nation, America could not be more blessed to have a fearless and confident leader.
“I’m pleased to inform you, the American people should be extremely grateful and happy. No Americans were harmed in last night’s attack by the Iranian regime,” Trump said at the White House, flanked by top defense officials and Vice President Mike Pence.
One dead terrorist leader, zero American casualties, and an eternally embarrassed Iran.
For a nation that sponsors terrorism and hatred against western societies — particularly America — things could have not gone more wrong for the Middle Eastern regime.
America has made a remarkable change for the better under President Trump.
Gone are the days of delivering pallets of cash and authorizing nuclear treaties to terrorist nations.
Gone are the days of leaving American personnel behind in foreign embassies.
Gone are the days of American weakness and capitulation.
The United States should invoke fear in the heart of every terrorist regime, just as it did 20 minutes after President Ronald Reagan was inaugurated in 1981 — in which a 444-day hostage crisis started by Iran came to an abrupt end and 52 Americans lives were spared. Iran saw the writing on the wall — Reagan would utilize the full force of the American military if he needed to.
America is capable of keeping the entire world in check — it always has been and always will be. But the difference lies in the one who is leading the charge.
Trump followed in Reagan’s footsteps and hit a home-run.
