On Tuesday, TIME Magazine announced that Greta Thunberg — a 16-year-old climate change activist — is their 2019 “Person of the Year.”
Not everyone were thrilled with this decision — including President Donald Trump. In a fiery Twitter post, the president said, “So ridiculous. Greta must work on her Anger Management problem, then go to a good old fashioned movie with a friend! Chill Greta, Chill!”

Thunberg’s response was to make Trump’s tweet her Twitter bio, stating that she’s “working on her anger management problem” and “watching a good old fashioned movie with a friend.”

Many have recently stated their surprise that Thunberg secured the coveted ‘Person of the Year’ as she recently bemoaned the fact that her protests were ineffective and not leading to real change in governments or at the United Nations.
“We have been striking now for over a year, and still basically nothing has happened,” Thunberg said in an interview with The Guardian.
“The climate crisis is still being ignored by those in power,” she added.
Thunberg also stated that it’s not “sustainable” to have so many kids skipping school classes.
“We can’t go on like this; it is not sustainable that children skip school and we don’t want to continue — we would love some action from the people in power. People are suffering and dying today. We can’t wait any longer,” she said.
